Under the direction of the Dealer Support Manager, the Bilingual Client Admin Support will offer customer service and assistance for our authorized dealers and customers nationwide.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with our field staff across Canada to provide industry-leading service and support to our dealer partners.
- Work with customers and dealers to complete exceptions, waivers, and transfers of coverage for creditor insurance policies.
- Assist our dealer partners in obtaining licenses required to sell certain products across Canada.
- Assist with ongoing development in our Online Resource Center, including contributing ideas, testing new developments, and troubleshooting issues as they may arise.
- Prepare dealer agreements and collect and process corporate documents.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication.
- Experience in the automotive, financial, or insurance sector is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma preferred, but not required.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Teams).
