**Job Description**:
**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**What you will be doing**:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure optimum service levels are maintained by providing the required office coverage during operating hours, professional, engaging and friendly service is a must.
- Assist with and coordinate the recruitment and selection process for Fairmont Chateau Whistler to ensure that all staffing levels are met within all areas of the hotel
- Manage the inputting of all new colleagues into Dayforce
- Create employee files and print all documents for new hires prior to their start date
- Manage the internal Talent Scout process
- Support Hiring Manager’s with SmartRecruiters and provide guidance when necessary
- Assist with facilitation of the Student Work Experience Program (SWEP)
- Assist with colleague functions and events when required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Previous work experience within a similar establishment, industry or work environment an asset
- Recruiting and/or operational experience in a hospitality environment an asset
- Demonstration of innovative ideas and processes required
- University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a very busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
