**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Génération de revenus
- Identifier toutes les opportunités de vente au sein des portefeuilles de petites entreprises qui vous sont attribués
- Vente croisée et vente incitative de services de cartes bancaires
- Ventes et mises à niveau de terminaux
- Re-tarification des commerçants à un niveau rentable le cas échéant
- Promouvoir et vendre des services supplémentaires offerts par Global Payments et les partenaires existants.

**Fidélisation des clients / Gestion des comptes**
- Traiter toutes les questions relatives à la fidélisation des clients en faisant preuve de solides compétences en matière de négociation afin de maintenir le commerçant à un seuil de 45 BP.
- Appeler de manière proactive nos meilleurs commerçants pour s'assurer qu'une relation positive est maintenue.
- Maintenir un taux d'épargne de 60 %.
- Mise en place d'emplacements supplémentaires
- Mise en place de l'équipement
- Diriger des projets d'intégration
- Changements de compte
- Mise en place d'un nouvel emplacement pour les commerçants
- Installation de points de vente intégrés

**Service clientèle**
- Résolution en une seule fois
- Suivi dans les 24 à 48 heures de tous les messages vocaux, incidents et courriels
- Suivi rigoureux de toutes les installations et commandes
- Minimiser tous les problèmes d'escalade au premier point de contact
- Tous les problèmes doivent être documentés dans le CSP avec les résolutions de suivi.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions liées au service à la clientèle
- Expérience dans la vente
- Bilingue anglais-français
- Un talent naturel pour la négociation
- Solides compétences en matière de vente par téléphone (appels entrants et sortants)
- Très bonne aptitude à établir des relations et à les entretenir par téléphone et par courrier électronique
- Excellentes aptitudes écrites et verbales
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles avec une emphase sur les ventes et un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure.
- Capacité à identifier tous les besoins et problèmes des commerçants en utilisant des techniques d'approfondissement et en posant des questions ouvertes.
- Grande capacité à gérer efficacement son temps, à établir des priorités et à faire preuve d'un grand sens de l'organisation pour fournir des produits et des services aux clients.
- Solides compétences analytiques requises pour travailler de manière indépendante et faire remonter les informations à la direction si nécessaire
- Volonté et capacité d'apprendre et de comprendre rapidement tous les services, produits et structures tarifaires de Global Payments.
