**About MNS**:
MNS is seeking a part-time Youth Justice Reintegration Coordinator to provide support to Youth Juice Reintegration Program delivered in Peel Region. Reintegration planning is a key component of case management that helps provide support to youth as they move through, and out of, the justice system. Reintegration services aim to reduce the risk of reoffending, as well as to support successful integration into school, work, home and the community

**Duties**
- Provide support to Youth Justice Reintegration Services
- Research and establish linkages between individual youth and community-based services
- The YJRC will establish and maintain professional working relationships with community stakeholders
- Work with the Youth Justice team to make appropriate referrals to community-based services that supports youth in conflict with the law.
- Offer timely information on and referrals to other community supports and services
- Prepare and submit monthly client/ services statistical and progress reports
- Assist in community outreach to promote settlement / agency’s programs and services
- Maintain invoices and receipts for the Youth Justice Program expenses
- Abide by and adhere to the practices and procedures of the program in respects to recordkeeping.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality is maintained according to agency policies and procedures
- Maintain an inclusive, non-judgmental and culturally responsive approach to client services
- Proven ability to attend to detail-oriented work, and to work independently while also functioning in a highly integrated team environment
- Order, purchase and track program supplies and materials as needed
- Keep track of all Youth Justice Program inventory

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary diploma/degree in the Social Services field e.g. Child and Youth Worker, Youth Justice
- Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience
- Knowledge of human behaviour to support positive change.
- Knowledge of relevant local resources available to clients and their families
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of police and court processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, third parties, and staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to accept and perform additional duties as needed to meet the mission of the organization.
- Must provide a Criminal Record Police Check upon successful hire.
- French is an Asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.40 per hour
