**About MNS**:
**Duties**:

- Lead, train, supervise and coach staff and volunteers of the youth programs.
- Plan, budget and maintain detailed records of financial responsibility with program budgets.
- Coordinate and act as a liaison between various programs in the Youth Department.
- Develop, liaise, and maintain productive working relationships with other professionals and service delivery partners to create programs for youth.
- Provide practical counselling and ensure that all youth are connected to the right services based on their preferences and needs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and, annual reports.
- Provide administrative support and ensures confidentiality is maintained in day-to-day work.
- Support the development and implementation of an outreach strategy including social media, with a special focus on youth who experience barriers to accessing services.
- Connect with community partners and attend networking events to promote the youth programs.
- Provide support to youth in accessing online / in-person drop-in programs.
- Other Duties as may be assigned by the Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in Human Services fields. Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) is an asset.
- Minimum two (2) years experience working with Youth with multiple barriers. Demonstrated experience working with racialized and immigrant populations.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in program supervision, planning, coordination and evaluation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local services for youth and families in Peel Region.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability in developing, implementing, and evaluating services within an anti-oppression and anti-racist framework.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, some days until 9:00 pm.
- Must be willing to travel to work sites, valid drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
- Must have a valid CPR/First Aid training Certification.
- Upon successful hire, must provide a valid Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) police check obtained within past six (6) months.
