**Job Description Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform Quality Control tests and assays according to approved procedures, including data analysis, report preparation, and troubleshooting issues
- Lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities with mínimal guidance
- Develop testing procedures, including writing SOPs, working documents, and templates
- Design and perform non-routine analysis and testing with mínimal supervision
- Collaborate with individuals from other departments to resolve problems

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Minimum BSc degree in biological sciences or related field with at least 2 years of industry experience
- Prior Quality Management System (QMS) experience required
- Mammalian cell culture experience is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
