Kal Tire is seeking a **Commercial Dispatcher
- Sales and Service** to join our Sudbury Team.

**About the Role**:

- Learn Kal Tire’s POS and other software systems
- Responsible for creating a welcoming environment to our customers
- Providing service quotes, processing sales transactions, and being a product and service expert
- Provide information about work orders and relay customer notes to drivers
- Work in a collaborative Team environment
- Schedule truck maintenance & other duties

**What you bring**:

- You enjoy creating and building long term customer relationships
- You are a self-starter committed to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace
- You have 2 years' experience in a customer service, counter or inside sale role
- You have demonstrated understanding of automotive/ related industry
- You are organized and can multitask with ease
- You are computer savvy and able to learn and manage multiple systems at once
- Prior call centre or dispatch experience is an asset
