**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and train service teams on all processes from check in to check out
- Hands on training with advisors on communicating with customers
- Monitor and ensure service team training is up to date with manufacturers
- Ensure staff remains on-task and all departments remain in great shape
- Monitor practices to reduce cost inefficiencies with attention to KPI’s
- Oversee all work-in-progress
- Manage employee and customer scheduling
- Dispatch and work with Technicians on quality control
- Responsible for hiring and growing the service department to the next level
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Demonstrate great teamwork
- Have relevant customer service and management experience
- Be detail orientated
- Be customer focused
- Have Parts Department knowledge is considered an asset
- Have a valid drivers license (boaters license is a bonus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
