Food Service Manager

At Timcourt Enterprises Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are prepared to the highest standards.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and customers to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead others.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Standing for extended periods.
