**PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR**

ACCL Group is currently seeking a **Property Administrator **to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, the person fulfilling this dual role will oversee the administrative and maintenance operations of the company’s portfolio as well as other duties that support the efficiency of a professional office. The person will be responsible for meeting all contractual obligations and deliverables as set out by the General Manager.

The Property Administrator is a team player who is eager to learn, takes on challenging responsibilities and maintains a positive, calm attitude even during crunch time. The person does not hesitate to go above and beyond to help the team, cares about his/her work and focuses on delivering high quality results.

Primary responsibilities of the Property Administratorinclude but are not limited to:
**PROPPERTY MANAGEMENT**
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with tenants and address their concerns in a timely and efficient manner;
- Comprehensive inspection of properties.
- Advertising/showing of properties.
- Vacancy and arrears management,
- Preparation of legal forms (N1, N4, N5, etc)
- Tenant file administration, lease administration and maintenance management.
- Assist with facilities management, including coordinating with vendors, sub-contractors and tradesmen.
- Other assignments within the scope of the job as reasonably requested by management.

**OFFICE ADMINISTRATION**
- Provides strong administrative support to all staff members to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Support and contribute to the team by performing tasks related to the organization.
- Investigate and resolve all client complaints and concerns in a timely manner, taking corrective action as needed.
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Assume other duties as required.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in residential property management;
- Experience utilizing Yardi, QuickBooks or similar financial software
- Knowledge of RTA
- G license with access to a car/reliable means of transportation
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and work ethic.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills - MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Enjoys leading by example with a “can-do” attitude.
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate and develop new ideas.
- Promote a positive work culture and foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
