**Reporting**:
This position will report directly to the Manager, Marketing & Research.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Hopewell Residential (‘Hopewell’) Marketing team with their day-to-day deliverables, allowing it to be successful, and to present its best foot forward both internally and externally.
- Support Marketing with campaign and/or project tasks;
- Assist with the development and coordination of Sales & Marketing collateral;
- Social media, website update (CMS), touchscreen update and content support;
- Support with show home opening tasks across various platforms;
- Complete VR tour coordination, delivery and implementation;
- Support the onsite delivery and replenishment of show home inventory and supplies;
- Monitor and update reports;
- Conduct market research;
- Assist with special events, including planning, set-up, day-of support and wrap report;
- Manage and track budgets, including cheque requisitions, invoice collection, coding, credit card reconciliations and more as required;
- Support with awards submissions;
- Oversee the execution of price changes and promotions on internal and public-facing communications;
- Basic Salesforce administration;
- Attend meetings as required, taking detailed and accurate meeting minutes and providing them to the relevant parties in a timely manner;
- Update procedures and distributing memos as required;
- Support Hopewell swag and gear inventory and replenishment as needed;
- Other duties as assigned

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, business, or related field;
- Ability to identify and manage conflicting priorities;
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented priorities;
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines;
- Flexible and adaptable personality;
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Overall, you are fun, a quick learner, enthusiastic, proactive, results focused, and energetic.
You have administrative experience, ideally in a role where you were proactively managing numerous high-priority tasks. You are highly detail-oriented, curious, approachable and always communicate clearly and respectfully. You are passionate about delivering top-quality materials, and love working with an industry-leading team of professionals who are driven, results-oriented and innovative.
**Working Conditions**:
Regular office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Some travel and occasional support on weekends or evenings may be required.
