Notre équipe commerciale est actuellement à la recherche d’un.e **_Sales Account Executive_** pour contribuer au succès de notre solution révolutionnaire dans le **secteur de la construction** au **Canada** et aux **États-Unis**.

Civalgo, une **_startup_** **fondée en 2017** **et basée à** **Montréal**, offre une **plateforme opérationnelle** qui **relie la planification des travaux au suivi des performances** et à **l'analyse avancée de la productivité**.

Nous sommes fermement convaincus que le secteur de la construction peut être considérablement amélioré en utilisant la grande nature prédictive de notre industrie pour obtenir des résultats basés sur des données.

En relation étroite avec le Sales Manager et autres membres de l’équipe, tu as un rôle essentiel pour développer les ventes de la compagnie.

**Ta contribution**:

- Prospecter et identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires (_cold calling / outbound_),
- Prendre des RDV pour leur présenter la compagnie et le produit SaaS (_démos / visios_),
- Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente (_acquisition / renouvellements de contrats clients_),
- Négocier des contrats, tenir des registres des ventes réalisées (_up-sell / cross-sell_),
- Participer à des salons, forums, réunions d’affaires pour générer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires (_réseautage / parrainage_),
- Gérer les leads entrants inbounds et les qualifier,
- Atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise en planifiant efficacement tes actions (_KPI / planning_),
- Travailler conjointement avec l’équipe des ventes, du marketing et de la direction,
- Suivre tes actions à travers l’utilisation du CRM HubSpot au quotidien.

**Le profil idéal pour combler notre équipe**:
Si tu te reconnais dans ce qui suit, on veut te connaître
- 3/5 ans d’expériences en développement commercial (_prospection / relation clientèle_),
- Baccalauréat, Maîtrise ou diplôme en marketing / vente / relation client pertinent,
- Connaissances du marché de la **Construction** **et/ou du milieu informatique / **SaaS**,
- Appétence pour l’atteinte de résultats et du dépassement de soi,
- Doté d’une personnalité orientée engagement, autonomie, ténacité, gestion des priorités,
- Excellente communication orale en **Français et Anglais**.
