**Baruch Developments** is a young innovative company and a full-service Custom build contractor in the Toronto. Their services include design, planning, construction, on-site and off-site servicing for both commercial and residential projects.

They are currently seeking a bright, energetic and detail-oriented individual who is ready to step into this multi-faceted role overseeing the administrative side of their busy operations.

As a **head bookkeeper,** you will be responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing for about 10 employees, administration of health benefits and enrolling newly eligible employees, collecting and entering invoices into the system and checking against company records, A/P cheque runs, depositing cheques, tracking and following up on outstanding payments, preparing statements and contract progress reports, working with the controller and offsite accounting firm on reconciliations.

The **office management** agenda includes onboarding new employees and obtaining all necessary documentation for the employee file, ordering office supplies and maintaining adequate inventory, ensuring all office equipment and computer systems are in good working order, obtaining permits for moving equipment when required. Other tasks may be requested to accommodate business needs.

**Salary**: $16.87-$33.71 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- OFFICE MANAGER: 3 years (required)
