Contact Centre Agent

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and other inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Adhere to established performance metrics and goals to meet and exceed customer service standards.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to empathize with customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
