**We are recruiting for a passionate and driven individual with a proven financial background to join our sales team as a Finance Manager**

The Finance Manager duties include managing finance related leads from various channels, conducting consultations with customers to perform credit evaluations, and finding financial solutions for our customers. This position works together with our sales team to identify and aid potential customers and aid them in meeting their vehicle purchasing needs.

**Educational Requirements**

**The Duties and Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to**:

- Lead Management
- Credit Evaluation
- Communicating with lending institutions
- Documenting and processing financial information into our system.
- Set department performance metrics in coordination with sales management.
- Proven experience in automotive financing, with a focus on specialty financing.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for generating sales leads.
- Proficiency in using finance software and systems for managing and processing loans.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Team player committed to team success.
- Strong organization skills.
- Self-driven to work independently with the ability to work in a team environment.

**Physical requirements**:

- This position will occasionally require the lifting of file boxes weighing approximately 20-30 pounds.

**Legal Requirements**
- This position will require a criminal background check.
- Valid BC driver’s license.
- Clean Driving Abstract
- Vehicle Sales Authority Licence
