We are seeking a Research Assistant (RA) to play a key role in the research, development, and enhancement of healthcare technologies. This position offers the opportunity to participate in all stages of research, from initial planning and conceptualization to hands-on implementation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Programs and Services**:Serve as the contact for research initiatives, collaborating with the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve research issues. Configure, test, and deploy research methodologies and technologies, ensuring ethical compliance and best practices. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user training for research tools.
- **Assessment**: Analyze and optimize research workflows. Develop and assess training programs to enhance research performance. Work with the CSO to evaluate and improve the impact of research on Harrison Healthcare's goals.
- **Integration and Technical Support**: Work with IT to manage technical challenges and ensure research infrastructure supports clinical and operational goals. Integrate scientific research with technological innovation.
- **Standard Operating Procedures**: Document research processes and system configurations to ensure research integrity and knowledge transfer. Participate in research project upgrades and integrations to minimize disruption and maintain service continuity.
- **Client engagement**: Continuously evaluate and improve the delivery of research tools and technologies, providing recommendations to the CSO and other leaders.

**What you bring**:

- Graduated from an undergraduate program in social sciences, health sciences, public health, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace, with advanced skills in using spreadsheet software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Previous research experience, particularly in a healthcare and/or academic setting, is preferred but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
