Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hockey Coach to join our team. As a Hockey Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and developing players' skills, strategies, and teamwork. You will create a positive and supportive environment that fosters growth and improvement both on and off the ice.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork
- Provide individualized coaching to players based on their skill level and needs
- Teach proper techniques for skating, shooting, passing, and puck control
- Plan and execute game strategies to maximize team performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and discipline
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff members
- Attend team meetings, practices, games, and tournaments as required

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Hockey Coach or playing experience at a high level
- Strong knowledge of hockey rules, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and motivate players of all ages and skill levels
- Experience working with youth athletes is preferred

**Skills**:

- Excellent skating ability
- Strong knowledge of hockey fundamentals
- Ability to educate players on proper techniques and strategies
- Effective communication skills to provide feedback and instruction

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
