Athletes Care Part-time Administrative Position

**Job Posting: Athletes Care Part-Time Administrative Position (Head Office)**
**Hours**: 12-15 hours per week
**Location**: Head Office
- Uptown Toronto
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time administrative assistant. This role will support our head office with various tasks related to order processing, inventory management, and invoicing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive and process online product orders, preparing them for shipping.
- Print and update invoices as needed.
- Complete weekly invoices for all items sent out from the Head Office.
- Conduct weekly inventory of all products to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Update the purchase list on a weekly basis to ensure timely restocking of items.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Proficiency in Excel** is highly recommended for managing data and invoices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous administrative experience is an asset, but not required.
