**Role Overview**

As a TechOps Support Specialist with our pioneering Solution Seekers Squad (SSS), you will optimize our use of technology while enhancing operational efficiency. Serving as a critical link between our fleet, field teams, and internal users, you will provide seamless coordination by monitoring locations, troubleshooting issues, maintaining compliance, and continuously improving processes. We need someone who can leverage analytical abilities, technical know-how, and problem-solving passion to deliver both reactive and proactive support. **Key Responsibilities**

**1. End-to-End Technology Support**
- Leverage analytical thinking and technical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, systems, and device issues
- Efficiently set up and configure new technologies while ensuring optimal installation and integration
- Create and disseminate guides, FAQs, training resources to assist employees
- Uphold robust infrastructure performance through proactive monitoring and timely escalation
- Make informed recommendations on relevant tech upgrades and improvements

**2. Fleet & Operations Management**
- Continuously monitor fleet locations, movements, and compliance data to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency
- Develop intuitive resources and provide training to optimize use of technology in fleet and field operations
- Maintain meticulous tracking of technology and operations issues, associated assets, and solutions
- Identify areas for synchronized improvements through close collaboration with operations teams
- Perform thorough trip reviews, inspecting routing, dispatch coordination, and process completion
- Serve as key point of contact, gathering driver feedback and addressing arising challenges
- Assist field teams with preventive maintenance scheduling, upkeep, and ongoing repairs
- Coordinate closely with vendors and suppliers to align expectations and timelines
- Ensure diligent route completion, pre/post trip inspection compliance, and adherence to DOT regulations
- Oversee DVIR, hours of service, timesheets, monitoring for discrepancies

**3. Improvement, Collaboration & Communication**
- Champion interdepartmental collaboration, problem-solving, and culture of mutual growth
- Derive actionable insights from analyzing operational metrics and usage data
- Combine responsive tech support with an empathetic, user-centric service approach
- Maintain compliance with technology licensing, security protocols, and transportation regulations
- Pursue ongoing education to stay at forefront of advancements impacting fleet
- Monitor status of radio equipment, cameras, and surveillance systems, rapidly responding to issues
- Organize past recordings and field data for prompt access and review

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in technical support role, preferably with fleet exposure
- Excellent analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- Strong technical acumen with ability to master new technologies quickly
- Outstanding communication and relationship building abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and documentation
- Valid driver’s license

**Compensation**

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package with significant growth opportunities. The salary range for this position starts at $50,000/year.
