Under the direct supervision of the Manager, CPG Quality Audit this position will schedule, plan, conduct and report the internal and external quality audits based on the annual quality audit plan developed by Manager, Quality Audit. Iin consulation with CPG Functional Leads, Program Quality Assurance Managers and Projects’ VPs and approved by Senior Manager, Quality Management as well as Director, PMO. Thus role will also, to support Project Quality Assurance teams (PQALs, SQAs and QA Coordinators) with scheduled review of Contractors’ and Technical Advisors (TA’s) quality deliverables.

**What will I be doing?**
- Responsible for scheduled audit of processes and document deliverables.
- Completes the review of quality submission as per contractual time lines.
- Plans, schedules and conducts the internal quality audits on internal CPG policies, plans, processes and procedures defined in CPG Quality Management System.
- Coordinates CPG Quality Functions and Project Delivery Team members to arrange for audit sessions.
- Assists Manager, Quality Audit in selecting a right sample for planned internal audits
- Conducts Quality Audits as per requirments of ISO 19011 standard (latest revision)
- Use technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of processes to identify the audit scope
- Develops draft of audit reports to be reviewed by Manager, Quality Audits.
- Issues Audit reports and associated Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Opportunity for Improvements (OPIs) and Corrective Actions Requests (CARs) as per CPG quality procedures.
- Follows up with Functional and PDT members as well as Project Quality Assurance Leads, or Senior Quality Analysts in resolution of Non-conformance Reports and Opportunity for Improvements.
- Coordinates with Manager, Continual Improvement, Functional and Project Delivery Leads for resolution of Corrective Actions Requests.

**What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need?**
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management) or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivale
- Minimum 6 years experience in quality management with at least 3 years experience in first party, second party or third party quality audits
- Demonstrable high technical skills in quality audit acumen - including the creation and delivery of detailed quality audit plans.
- Highly skilled in quality audit theory, principles and practice based on ISO 19011 standard.
- Good understanding of broader project controls theory, principles and practice.
- Highly articulate with practiced prosecutional skills needed for conducting a successful audit.
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate / interface effectively across the organization and external stakeholders.
- Deep understaning and hands-on experience with complicated contract models such as P3, and CCD2.
- Strong knowledge and direct experience of project management processes and their applicability to each phase of project life cycle.
- Good understanding of design processes and confident in reading and interpreting of technical requirements identified in PSOS and RCD.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and commandable verbal, written, presentation and communication skills and confident in conducting audits with multiple attendees.
- Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
