**Exciting Challenges**
- Sika Canada's Quebec City sales team is looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual who is interested in a career in technical sales. This person will be responsible for our Commercial Construction portfolio and customer base, working with existing customers, contractors and distributors. One of the main objectives is also to focus on market penetration, developing our business in the Quebec area.
- In this role, you will
- Meet with clients (contractors, distributors, architects, etc.) to recommend our product line for their projects.
- Perform specification work, ensuring that our products are specified for major projects.
- Work closely with our R&D and marketing teams to introduce new products.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure proper delivery of products to associated sites.
- Assist customers with any product issues or concerns and provide a timely solution.
- This position offers an excellent balance of support and independence. It allows the individual to take full ownership of a territory while having a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience (approximately 5+ years of experience preferred).
- Bilingual
- Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills are a must.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
