**About the Role**:
As a Supervisor, Contract Construction, you’ll oversee contract administration and coordination of field inspection activities relating to assigned construction projects for ATCO Gas & Pipelines transmission systems. You’ll combine leadership, problem solving, and collaboration to drive success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and develop your team, ensuring each member thrives in a supportive and growth-focused environment.
- Coordinate construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to manage contracts and monitor performance.
- Drive safety and sustainability by ensuring every project meets ESG standards and regulatory compliance.
- Build relationships with community partners and foster trust through proactive communication and solutions.
- Coordinate emergency and unscheduled field activities with related regulatory authorities and the public.
- Manage budgets with accuracy and prepare insights to support operational excellence.

**What You Bring**:

- A degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability including motivating others, making decisions, and leading teams.
- A proven record of expertise in the natural gas industry with comprehensive knowledge of distribution, transmission and/or service operations, standards, safety policies and procedures, regulatory codes, and requirements.
- Ability to travel across the territory.
