As an Administrative Assistant to the Broking Services & Account Administration team, a typical day might include:_**
- Maintaining the company’s various registries
- Canvassing and monitoring industry/market news and updates
- Undertaking benchmarking projects
- Developing and maintaining various systems, databases, and processes to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the department
- Assisting in the organization of team building events
- Compiling audit information
- Attending and take notes at insurer meetings
- Create tutorials for various departmental platforms and tools
- Managing a wide array of insurance-related administrative tasks

**_ Must Haves:_**
- 2-3 year’s experience in a fast-paced corporate Administrative Assistant role
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook) and intermediate knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- Commercial insurance industry experience and Level 1 license an asset
