Group Distribution Implementation Specialist

The Group Distribution department is a motivated group of individuals who work closely with Advisors to provide attractive group benefit plans, competitive pricing, and a smooth onboarding experience for employers. We are a collaborative team who attentively navigates relationship growth and drives change conversation. The Implementation Specialist focuses on intake excellence throughout the onboarding timeline and is integral to the successful launch of each benefit plan.

In this role you will:
- Provide direct new business support to Advisors and Clients from time of sale confirmation
- Create implementation schedules and manage delivery timelines Clearly communicate requirements and timelines with Advisors Escalate issues as required for timely resolution
- Maintain a high service standard keeping within expected turnaround times
For this role you need:
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years experience in Group Benefits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines Ability to adapt to change
- Motivated team player
- Knowledge of Group Administrative practices Proficiency in Word, Excel (Intermediate level minimum)
- Knowledge of RWAM product lines and practices an asset Professional benefits designation an asset (GBA, CEBS, etc.)
