RWAM is looking for a positive and highly motivated individual with strong organization, planning and multitasking skills to join our Group Underwriting Team, in our Elmira, Ontario office, to partner in success The Group Underwriting Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the production of Renewal analyses, Quote proposals, New Issues and multiple reports to serve existing and prospective clients and business partners. They will also participate in special projects and duties and contribute to the customer service and relationships with other departments within our organization.

**In this role you will**:

- Service existing and prospective clients and business partners within established service standards
- Support the production of Renewal Analyses and Quote Proposals
- Process New Issues according to the rating and conditions that were quoted
- Run critical illness quotes and process CI renewals for inforce groups
- Prepare LTD, Drug Utilization and Business reports for applicable groups or block of business
- Participate in special projects and miscellaneous duties to support the Underwriting department

**For this role you need**:

- Post Secondary education. A degree / diploma in business, or other related fields is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, to adapt to change and to offer creative solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software packages
- Attention to detail and strong organization and planning skills
- Detail oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change and offering creative solutions
- Previous group insurance experience would be an asset
