**Spartan Response is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Field Operations Administrator.**

This position plays a pivotable role in the overall efficiency of our day-to-day field operations and supports new business opportunities. As the centralized coordinator, this role is responsible for managing and scheduling all requirements related to the execution of our services on client work-sites. In addition, this role supports new business opportunities through active responses for quotes & proposals to current and prospective customers and Spartan’s submissions to formal bids & tenders.

This position is based out of our Hamilton office, and reports to the Commercial Manager with high engagement with our administrative and field response teams.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- **Job Planning/Scheduling**: Lead role in assessing incoming job requests from new and existing clients. Compile all job-related details (staffing, equipment, vehicles, vendors etc) to align with client requirements for service scheduling & activation in the field.
- **Client Relations**: Works and communicates directly with clients to coordinate, plan and schedule jobs. Ensures requirements for billing (approved quotes, purchase orders etc) are documented and approved. Handles client relations to ensure jobs and teams are performing well.
- **Business Development**: Responds to all incoming requests for Quotes, Proposals and Bids. Develops professional submissions that align with client requirements and deadlines. Proactively follows up on opportunities to track win/loss.
- **Administration**: Accurately maintains all Spartan related administrative systems to track, file and report on all client job activities (Full Cycle: Proposals to Job Close-Out/Billing).
- **Industry Certifications & Partnerships**: Attends industry events related to Spartan’s core industry memberships, annual certifications and training**.**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2 to 4 years of demonstrated work experience in operations & business development (Industrial, Construction sectors would be a bonus)
- Hands on experience with scheduling and project management responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid communication and business writing skills (oral and written).
- Ability to foster strong client & vendor relationship building skills.
- Independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate & problem solve effectively.

**Education/Licences**:

- University Degree or College Diploma (Business, Operations, Environmental or Trades would be preferred)
- Drivers License - Clean abstract (Required for use of Spartan Response Vehicles)

**Computer Skills**:

- Solid command of MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, SharePoint.

**Hours of Work**:

- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM - Monday to Friday

**Travel Required**:

- 10% travel (GTA & Southwestern Ontario region)
