**Reporting to the Accountant, Responsibilities for this position include the following**:

- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Engage and interact with guests to create a positive experience
- in person, on the telephone
- Research, reconcile and resolve accounting issues as they arise
- Reconciliation of cash up’s offering solutions to issues as they arise
- Data processing and filing
- Processing Payments
- Member services
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Assist with other administration duties as needed or required

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:

- You have a grade 12 or equivalent, post-secondary in Office Administration would be considered an asset
- You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
- You have the ability to communicate articulately & efficiently
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You’re attentive to detail and have basic knowledge of accounting
- You have a positive and professional attitude - ability to Live the Brand
