Clerk/cashier - Lake Country Co-op @ Prince Albert

**Who we are**:
**Reporting to the 2nd Avenue Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following**:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Provide Legendary in-store service; serve guests, operate the point-of-sale system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties
- Ensure safety is held as the highest priority
- Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly location at all times
- Have a good working understanding of the point-of-sale system and car wash
- Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader
- Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports
- Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:
- You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of productions, with a minimum amount of supervision
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
- You’re attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
- You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements - standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly
- You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- You must be willing to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certification
