- $77,353.50-$107,455.69Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Associate (EA) will provide administrative management services in issues management, strategic planning support, portfolio support, committee support, project management, stakeholder and community liaison, and executive support services to build the strength and effectiveness of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
The EA will be responsible and accountable for providing administrative management services and organizational support to the President and Chief Executive Officer. The EA manages and coordinates issues and leads administrative activities affecting the organization. The EA builds consistency and continuity across the organization, while providing background and strategic advice to the President and Chief Executive Officer on issues related to administrative management, policies and organizational matters.
The EA serves as the executive administrative assistant for the President and Chief Executive Officer and supports the facilitation of the transition of board strategy and resident and employee needs into actionable initiatives at the local level. The EA will engage and connect portfolios within the organization and other internal and external stakeholders.
**Educational and Other Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in business or health administration, or related discipline
- Leadership, health services planning, system design, quality improvement or project management methodology training is an asset
- A demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development
- Master’s degree preferred
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior leaders by presenting detailed plans, complex analyses, methods and findings in business

- Skilled in balancing diverse and occasionally conflicting stakeholder interests
- Excellent Microsoft office suite skills
- Proficient in developing strong working relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
**Work Experience**
- Progressively responsible experience in an administrative, planning, analytics, evaluation, quality improvement, clinical or management role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is required
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and managing competing timelines

**Requirements**:
- A current and clear Criminal Records Check Form and if applicable a Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
