**Coordinator - The Knights Inn**

**Full Time Temporary**
- You have successfully overseen a housing program._
- You have proven leadership experience working with a harm reduction approach in a cultural context._
- Are you a strong and positive role model?_

Along with being a well-organized, motivated individual that coordinates service delivery for The Knight's Inn (The Inn) Program and supervises a 44-unit residential program. You will have experience in program management: staff management, scheduling, Critical Incidents reporting coordination, case management and report coordination; budget and fiscal management; coordination with internal/external community resources; coordination/implementation of the crisis response system; provide support and advocate for client centered issues; and part of the On Call crisis response system, is required.

**Qualifications include a**:

- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.
- Certification in: First Aid, Suicide Intervention and Conflict Resolution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of crisis response protocols.
- Knowledge of and experience in the Indigenous Community.
- Demonstrated thorough report writing ability.
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proficiency in communications.
- Ability to undergo a successful criminal record search.
- Wage: $32.00 - $36.00/HR. based on qualifications and experience
