**AP Specialist**

**OBJECTIVE**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review and approve invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter invoices into the AP system.
- Track payments and follow up with vendors as needed.
- Reconcile accounts payable. Prepare monthly reports.

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage 50.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
