**Key Responsibilities**: - Data Entry: Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.
- Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Research: Conduct internet research on various topics and compile information, including quotes, pricing/feature comparison on products.
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and engage with the audience on social media platforms.
- Travel Arrangements: Book restaurants, flights, hotels, and organize travel itineraries.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
- Project Management: Assist in coordinating and tracking project progress.
- Event Planning: Organize virtual or in-person events, including scheduling and logistics.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Content Management: Update blogs, websites, and other online content.

**Skills and Qualifications**: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledgable about US/Canada consumer, traditions, customs, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

**Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
