**Qualification and Skills**
- Able to work early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends
- Speaks fluent English
- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Google Sheets and other IT skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Creative and possesses good communication skills
- Long term commitment preferred (may be offered full-time position in the future)
- Having interest in social media is a definite plus
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answer the phone and manage the schedule
- Greet and assist patients in answering inquiries and questions
- Provide administrative support for clinic practitioners
- Complete the work assigned by the clinic manager
- Create invoices and record payments
- Insurance claims
- Manage inventory
- Clean and prepare rooms prior to each patient
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
