F45 Training Waterdown is looking to grow our team of part-time Personal Trainers/Group Fitness Instructors for evenings and weekends.

Members of our F45 Waterdown coaching team must be personable, energetic, motivated, knowledgeable, reliable, and community minded.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum one year of personal training/group fitness experience
- Personal training or group fitness certification (ie, Canfitpro, ISSA, ACE Fitness or equivalent) and/or post secondary education related to the health & fitness industry (anatomy, biomechanics, physical education, or kinesiology)
- CPR & AED training
- Comfortable with one-on-one interactions/coaching
- Passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle
- Team player who is both enthusiastic and personable
- Excellent communication skills with strong and clear voice delivery
- Punctual and reliable
- Responsibilities & Tasks:_
- Deliver high-energy predesigned workouts to groups of up to 36 members (one coach facilitates a group of up to 18 members);
- Ensure proper/safe exercise technique and form;
- Engage with members during and in between workouts encouraging them to push to their limits, achieve their fitness goals, make them feel a part of our fitness family, and to help create that community feel within the studio;
- Demonstration of exercises with modifications as required;
- Guide members through a post-workout stretch as required;
- General cleaning and organization of the studio before, during, and after all classes;
- Set up of equipment/layout for every class.

**Must be able to coach three shifts per week including weekend shifts. We are specifically seeking individuals with availability to cover our evenings classes.**

F45 programs are designed by a highly skilled team of Sport Scientists and Elite Athletes allowing our trainers to focus on fully engaging with our members to provide them a personal training experience within a group setting.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $25.00 per hour
