Gore Mutual's Operations team is growing We are looking for a passionate & driven **_Operations Services Associate_** who will handle, monitor, and manage tasks supporting Underwriting & Billing transactions and provide broker administrative support.

As an **_Operations Services Associate_** you will be working in a team reporting into the **_Team Leader, of the National Underwriting Operations department._**

Here are just **_some_** **of the interesting things you would be doing:

- **Documents handling**: categorization, and distribution of incoming documents for various business units.
- **Business transactions**:provide administrative support by processing policy updates, corrections, payments, and billing transactions.
- **Providing phone support** to our valued customers assisting with non-complex inquires.

Here's your Checklist:

- You have data entry experience, yes you do
- If you have some experience with document management practices, within the insurance or financial services industries, wonderful
- You have experience with handling payments or billing related transactions, terrific
- You have solid computer skills & strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite programs, tell us about it
- You have exceptional communication skills, written & verbal - Of course you do
- Your strengths include attention to detail & accuracy, you are also, highly organized - amazing
- You have the ability to work independently and in a team environment - this is the best of both worlds for you.
- You have graduated with Post secondary education - Congratulations, let's talk about it

We are looking for someone who can work full-time hours. This is a hybrid role that does include the flexibility for you to work remotely. We also have regular in-person meetings, where we like to collaborate in our Cambridge office location, 252 Dundas Street North, twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Our core business hours for this role are between Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Starting on your first day, you will be included under our umbrella of flex benefits with dental, vision, medical coverage. And yes, we want you to have some time to relax & recharge, included for you to use are, 3 weeks vacation (pro-rated) and 1 paid floater day.
