Toronto, Canada Insoho Developments Full time

Inosho Developments is boutique real estate development company building new homes in Toronto. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic marketing and customer service representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. In addition to development, Insoho also has a rental apartment division that will be handled by the person in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with ad agency to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our new home developments. Including but not limited to branding, displays, brochures, input on sales center design, sales administration.
- Manage and maintain corporate social media accounts and ad campaigns.
- Update and manage corporate website.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and signage.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with construction team to resolve Tarion warranty claims.
- For rental properties manage tenant relations, new leases, and coordinate property maintenance.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Knowledge on managing and updating websites with new copy and images.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
