We have created support tools for our mortgage brokers who choose to join us. We have developed a structure and a personalized business development approach.

With our 600 in-house Real Estate Brokers as well as access to Financial Security Advisors and in-house Notarial services, Charisma Finance is proud to welcome you

The individual is responsible for building their portfolio of clients using the tools provided by Charisma Finance that guarantees your ability to compete within the high-quality residential mortgage industry.

Your level of success is your choice however there is a minimum required to remain under the Charisma Finance banner. As a Charisma Finance Mortgage Broker of Charisma Finance, your role is as well identifying and creating new opportunities to build your pipeline while working with inside sales.

**Requirements**:

- Active Mortgage Broker license
- Minimum 1- year experience as a mortgage broker
- Bilingual
- French & English ( verbal and written )
- Attend mandatory training ( remote and in-person)
- Ability to work independently/ remotely
- Self-motivated
- Availability/Flexibility
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Due diligence & organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment
- Additional skills include marketing, deal negotiation, the gathering of due diligence materials, financial statement analysis;

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing & maintain excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to grow an extensive and qualified pipeline
- Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures, market trends, and tools by attending training and departmental meetings.
- Coordinate sales and support efforts with underwriting, administration, insurance, and other departments and cultivate good relationships with clients, and circle of influence.

**Experience**:

- Mortgage Financing Occupations: 1 year (required)
