Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the construction industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish-- Assist in the preparations of project work plans.
- Assist engineering staff in design works.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and identify any potential issues or risks
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
- Support the project team in resolving any conflicts or challenges that may arise

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to self motivate
- Takes a interest in continuous learning
- Willing to take on a wide variety of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- While not required, EIT or P.Eng is a asset.

**Salary**: $67,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
