**Your days will include**:

- Maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the line of business departments
- Serving as a bridge between business and development/technical teams, and assists in building and maintaining integrations (SOAP, REST API)
- Setting and tracking individual objectives and coaches team members, leading business analyst operations in assigned projects
- Working with the Manager of IS-Applications Solutions to ensure the following:

- Knowledge base available for support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- Strong background in software design, development, or implementation, coupled with excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of relational database design, SQL, and use of reporting and analytical tools
- Ability to prioritize, working independently and in a team environment
- Post-secondary education in Information Services or related field, with 3-5 years of work experience
