**About the role**:
Our client is looking for an Operations Coordinator, who will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing their client relationships. We are seeking an individual with a sales-oriented personality who can effectively communicate, build relationships, and represent our brand professionally. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including outreach to leads and potential clients, managing the client database, and collaborating with various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Outreach:

- Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communication and Relationship Management:

- Keep track of client history and communication, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Brand Representation:

- Act as a professional representative of the company.
- Create and maintain a positive brand image in all communications.
- Ensure timely and relevant communication to clients.
- Content Creation:

- Produce promotional videos to enhance brand visibility.
- Database Management:

- Maintain and update the client database regularly.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support where needed to keep processes on track.

- Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication skills across various channels.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong organizational and database management skills.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter personality.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
