Western Integrated engineers, builds, installs and commissions electrical systems including machine control systems, PLC, HMI, safety, and networking solutions designed for a wide range of industries including Forestry, Mining, Manufacturing, Materials Handling, Machine Safeguarding. We are looking for an experienced **Technical Sales Specialist** to join our team of professionals

**What we will give you**:

**What you will be doing**:
Client Account Management:

- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients in the forestry, mining, and water-wastewater sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or opportunities for improvement.

Sales Support:

- Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Market Expansion:

- Research and identify potential new clients and market opportunities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of market expansion initiatives.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account activities, sales progress, and market trends.
- Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions with insights and recommendations.

Travel & Market Expansion:

- Travel up to 25% of the time to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.

**What we need from you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the industrial electrical sector.
- Strong understanding of VFD systems and machine control projects.
- Experience in the forestry, mining, and water-wastewater sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Office 365.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
