Responsibilities:

- Operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints on custom T Shirts various materials and other promotional products
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press
- Set up and adjust printing machines for optimal print quality
- Monitor production process to ensure prints meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing designs
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for visual aesthetics
- Ability to work with Adobe software such as Photoshop and Illustrator for design manipulation

As a Screen Printer, you will play a crucial role in our production process of creating custom T shirts and other promotional products by operating screen printing machines to create high-quality prints. You will be responsible for preparing screens, mixing inks, setting up machines, monitoring the printing process, and ensuring that the final prints meet our quality standards. Additionally, your skills in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator and Photo Shop along with visual design will contribute to the creation of visually appealing designs.
