**About this position**:
We are looking for a highly-motivated and professional individual to join us at Laserlicious as a Full-time Front Desk Coordinator and Social Media Assistant. We are seeking someone who has a strong and confident personality, highly organized, interest in social media, and has great time management skills as we are a very busy clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to work on time and maintaining an excellent record of attendance
- Scheduling client appointments while paying special attention to staff schedules, treatment room use, and service time allotment
- Help with content creation and posting to social media accounts
- Attendance in regular meetings with Front Desk Manager and other team members
- Preparing clients, products and treatment rooms for services and restock rooms throughout the day in between appointments.
- Processing client payments swiftly and accurately
- Daily task checklists at the start of every opening shift
- General office maintenance and organization
- Filling schedule openings for technicians by referencing client data sheets
- Preparing client files and ensuring that all proper consent forms are signed and completed

**Requirements**:

- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Docs)
- Passionate about all things beauty and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Interest in social media and content creation
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and engage with clients in an outgoing and friendly manner
- Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to continuously learn and improve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
