Front of House Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house area in a busy hotel
- Manage and coordinate the work of bartenders, servers, and other front of house staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train new staff members on service standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in bartending or working in a hotel environment is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and liquor laws

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
