Job Description:
TAG International is hiring a Security Supervisor To assist Senior Management with all of their responsibilities, combined with ensuring that the Events, Mobile and Scheduling departments are organized and run effectively. All while providing leadership and direction to support and front-line staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Mobile Response responsibilities as required and during slow periods of events.
- Assist with scheduling of staff according to their availability, abilities and locations while following all ESA requirements.
- Promote a positive moral with employees.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with Scheduling Department to staff each event
- Attend events in a Supervisor/ Lead position
- Responsible for ensuring our service reflects positively with clients, including guards appearance, reports and professionalism
- Site supervision and visits to evaluate and report on compliance and quality control of sites and security guards
- Responsible for calling on/off for your event staff.
- Investigate and report to management on workplace injuries and workplace safety issues relating to guards at sites
- Assist in the training of new staff at Events (Id Checks, Bag Checks, Roamers)
- Tag Supervisors are responsible having a working knowledge of all sites within his or her regional area of responsibility
- Assist with office duties from time to time and as requested
- Full knowledge and understanding of Tag Policies and Procedures, and maintaining such with all staff.
- Perform safety related checks on site guards relating to their personal safety and well being
- Actively work sites when short staffed
- Additional duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience as a Security Guard.
- 3 years of supervisory experience, prefereably in the security field.
- 1 year of experience supervising events is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and rotational shifts.
- Experience with TPA enforcement and arrest situations is an asset.
- Full-time availability and experience in scheduling Software.
- Mobile experience is an asset.
- Must possess a valid Ontario Security License.
- High school diploma or equivalent; College courses in Hospitality or Police/Security Foundations are an asset.

- Communication Skills both verbal and written
- Valid Security License
- Computers skill including: Intime Systems, Office, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work Independently, with limited Supervision
- Ability to Supervise and interact as a Team member.
- Ability to interact with clients, managers and other employees.
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Drive to see Company Grow and to move up within it.
- A Professional mannerism

**Education**:

- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (preferred)
- Class G Licence (preferred)
- Smart Serve (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
