Ingersoll Rand est à la recherche d'un chef d'équipe de fabrication pour son usine de fabrication localisée à Pointe-Claire dans la banlieue Ouest de Montréal, Québec.

**Résumé du poste**:
**Habilités et Responsabilités**:

- Supervise l'équipe de fabrication, planifier le travail et coordonner toutes les activités depuis la coupe jusqu’au soudage et nettoyage;
- Coordonne l’implantation de tous les nouveaux équipements pour le département Fabrication : presse plieuse, table de découpe, soudure, poste de sablage, poste de peinture, etc..;
- Configure et programme les machines de fabrication (presse, table de découpe, etc );
- Fera fonctionner la table de découpe et la presse pendant la montée en puissance de la production, et au besoin dans le futur;
- Exécute les bons de travail et assure le bon déroulement des travaux en cours;
- Fais la conception de gabarits pour l’assemblage des pièces en acier avant soudage;
- Créé des instructions de travail pour les processus de fabrication et le contrôle de la qualité;
- Fais la maintenance régulière des équipements de fabrication;
- Recommande les quantités de commande pour les consommables du département de fabrication;
- Apporte des suggestions pour l’amélioration de la performance, participe aux décisions ainsi qu’à l’implantation des recommandations;
- Supervise le personnel de fabrication : suivi des objectifs, gestion du rendement des employés, embauche, etc.. ;
**Qualifications et compétences**
- Expérience en soudage et fabrication de métaux
- Diplôme d'études professionnelles (soudage, pliage de métal, opération CNC ou autre diplôme pertinent)
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins mécaniques
- Connaissance des pratiques et procédures de soudage AWS/CWB serait un atout
- Capacité démontrée à diriger du personnel et à gérer le changement
- Esprit curieux et innovant avec une forte capacité à mettre en œuvre des processus d’amélioration continue.
- Compétences interpersonnelles, de leadership et de communication efficaces avec la capacité de diriger, former et motiver des équipes.
- Connaissances informatiques de base : suite MS Office, programmation de machines-outils, logiciels de dessins

**Job Summary**:

- **Supervise fabrication team and activities from cutting to welding**
- **Implementation of new equipment for Fabrication dept. (Press, cutting table, welding, sand blast, painting)**
- **Machines set up**
- **Program fabrication machines (Press/cutting table)**
- **Operate cutting table and press during production ramp up and as needed**
- **Execute work orders and insure smooth flow of work in progress**
- **Design welding jigs**
- **Create work instructions for fabrication processes + Quality inspection**
- **Regular maintenance of fabrication equipment**
- **Recommend consumables ordering quantities**
- **Resource management**
- **Employee performance management**

**Qualifications**:

- **Welding and metal fabrication experience**
- **Professional studies diploma (Welding, metal bending, CNC operating or other relevant diploma)**
- **Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings**
- **Knowledge of AWS/CWB welding practices and procedures would be an asset**
- **Demonstrated capability to lead change and implement continuous improvement.**
- **Effective interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead, train and motivate teams.**
- **Familiar MS Office (medium competencies)**
