Reporting to the Operations Manager, the
**Operations Coordinator, Foundations** will be responsible for the support of the Operations Manager function as well as the participation and support of the EHS programs on the projects. The Operations Coordinator will sit out of our
** Sherwood Park Office, **in
**Edmonton Alberta**.

**What You’ll Do Here**:

- The Operations Coordinator, Foundations will support the Operations Manager and be a key partner to the Project Managers, Project Superintendents, EHS Personnel and the overall Operations team.
- The Operations Coordinator, Foundations will assist with the following Operations Related Activities:

- Manage Foundations EZ Rents tooling (spare parts) inventory program, work with onsite teams for tracking/ transfers.
- Foundations Equipment Transfer Process - assist with equipment transferred between projects/ yards are documented, with pre-ship & arrival inspections.
- Foundations Equipment filing system - assist with overseeing and housekeeping.
- Foundations Yard(s) - assist with tracking in/ out of shipments. Assist with setup of equipment seacans, inventory and distribution.
- Work with Operations Team to develop programs and provide support for management of internal resource commitments including personal and equipment.
- Equipment Tracking - assist with monitoring/ updating Ganttic
- Manpower Tracking - assist with tracking manpower movement between project, training documentation.
- Assist Operations with preparation of project submittals as required.
- Participate in the continuous improvement program including Waste Walks
- Although role is based out of the Edmonton office, this position will travel to other offices and projects throughout Canada.
- The Operations Coordinator, Foundations will assist with the following EHS related Activities:

- Participate in the site EHS program as directed including Conducting workplace inspections and audits.; Conducting behavioral observation in the workplace; Update Material Safety Data Sheets as required; Distribution of safety material supplies and equipment, recommends corrective actions.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- 5 years construction industry experience.
- Experience in planning, logístical support and project startup activities.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment.
- Experience and training in the field of construction health, safety and environmental management.
- Ability to proactively identify issues / risks and suggest corrective actions.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees.
- Willingness for continuous learning and advancement of technical knowledge.
