Heritage Investment Corp. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
