**Job Summary**

The Analyst, Vendor Services is responsible for the timely processing of all driver exceptions and disputes to enable the bi-monthly payroll close. The role ensures CN meets their obligations under the collectively bargained agreement with the union representing Canadian National Trucking Limited’s (CNTLs) Owner Operator Fleet. Moreover, the role is responsible for acting as a support function to the driver management team and other stakeholders. The position oversees inquiries pertaining to tolls, scales, reimbursements, donations, fuel deductions, CNTL tire and paint programs or any other driver-related issues.

**Main Responsibilities**

Vendor Settlement Activities
- Ensure the correction of exceptions related to missing zones or miles, adding and correcting shift starts and ends, fixing missing moves, checking, fixing, or authorizing unrealistic travel times, or truck moves with excessive wait times thus ensuring that the data in CN systems are correct for reporting purposes
- Process and pay any adjustments pertaining to driver disputes

Re-Payment Programs
- Oversee the execution of CNTL’s repayment programs (e.g., tires, engine heater, moose bumper), and the tractor paint program

Support Internal and External Stakeholders
- Monitor mailbox and respond to inquiries related to Vendor Services for given Intermodal Terminal Fleets in a timely manner
- Continual review of Vendor Settlement processes to identify efficiencies and potential cost reduction

**Working Conditions**

The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. The role is eligible to participate in CN’s flexible work policy. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**

Trucking, Logistics or Accounts Payable
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience working in trucking, logistics or accounts payable
- Experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Transportation
- Experience working in a unionized environment*
- Any experience for these above would be considered as an asset

**Education/Certification/Designation**
- Diploma in Finance or Human Resources
