**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Cybersecurity Director, the Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Graham's data. The incumbent advises on and implements methods for protecting data and works on solutions to detect anomalies, executing any necessary implementations. The incumbent is focused on continuous improvement initiatives for the security of data within Graham and is always looking for better ways to detect and protect.

**As a Cybersecurity Analyst at Graham, you will**:

- Maintain auditing logs and dashboards within the organization.
- Create and implement auditing mechanisms and other tools that are meaningful to the business to improve the security of data.
- Create technical playbooks for common events and training and implementation documents for "health check" processes.
- Advise other members of the team on the meaning / next steps for certain events.
- Research, advise, and implement technical solutions.
- Protect, detect, and respond to security threats.
- Carry out high-end troubleshooting for senior-level tickets for security issues.
- Create tools, processes, logs, and reports as required.
- Test the system to validate it is sound, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Advise other technical teams on security standards.
- Advise on security issues for initiatives and follow the plan set by other IT / EA teams with SME support.
- Assist the Cybersecurity Director with the coordination of security tests and annual testing.
- Remain focused on understanding the security needs of Graham, and present risk reports to the Cybersecurity Director
- Act as a security technical expert.
- Manage escalated tickets.
- Communicate technical aspects to clients.
- Demonstrate HSE and Quality behaviours that reflect corporate expectations of Actively Caring and Road to Zero.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of the team.
- Understand very rapidly changing industry standards and practices, pushing the manager / team / organization to keep up.
- Seek out information and knowledge about the industry.
- Act as an expert in own area of technical / functional expertise.
- Leverage expertise of other business units / functions to maximize overall contribution to Graham’s goals.
- Contribute fully to the overall performance of the business.
- Analyze complex problems to find integrated, actionable, and pragmatic solutions.
- Generate innovative ideas, fresh perspectives, and creative solutions that enhance performance and add value.
- CISSP certification is an asset.
- 3-10 years of experience in an IT security role at a similar-sized organization.
- Proven ability to find issues and recommend and provide solutions to address those issues.
- Ability to interpret data to detect trends or problems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Wide range of IT security tools experience.
- Experience with Aruba ClearPass is preferred.
- Proficiency with SPF and DKIM.
- Experience with a firewall (FORTINET) is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS AZURE and Office 365; SIEM experience is an asset.
- This role is primarily office-based.
- This role has the potential for mínimal overtime, as well as weekend and shift work.
